Made it home, to find a welcoming committee on our dock! You guys are the best!
It’s all over but the unpacking now. We have some food left over, but we did pretty good. At least now we know how much less we can carry next trip!
We came in the house last night & it seemed so big. After spending four weeks last year & two weeks this year in a cabin the size of our bathroom, we wondered why we have so many rooms!
Been another great trip…. looking forward to next year!
Home is where our Dock is. Mile 165 ldb.
Almost 750 miles later, back where we started….
We have the BEST friends!
Stopped to let Bob play. – he knows we’re close to home!
Just left Riverside Marina in Hockingport. Back to the Ohio River, 34 miles home
Had to wait for a barge to come out of the main chamber before we could enter the auxiliary chamber, for some reason. At least we were able to work on our tans!
Still sunny, breezy & beautiful out here, doesn’t get any better!
Belleville was the final dam for us. We will be lockless from here.
We’re now in the Belleville Pool on The Ohio River – our home pool.
In a few miles we’ll cruise up the Hocking River for gas, then on home. Should get to our dock around 8pm.
The pictures of the red lock house & tree line is where a tornado ripped through this Spring.
